Gdynia Waterfront will offer 75,000 m2 of multifunctional space. The scope of the project concerns the development of almost five hectares of land. JEMS Architects are responsible for the urban and architectural concept. The project is implemented in the heart of Gdynia and is currently the key project in the city.
